WHITE MOUNTAINS LAND TRUST

October 16, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. by Keith Justice. Attending the meeting were: Keith Justice, Norris Dodd, Richard Remington, Lynn Krigbaum, Sue Sitko, Jim Andersen, Ginny Handorf, and Pam Remington.

Norris Dodd informed the group that our new address is P.O. Box 803, Lakeside, 85935.

There was discussion about the number of board members we should have. The number decided on was nine.

Mary Ellen Bittorf announced that Stephanie Irwin has consented to handle our 501C3 application for us.

Keith announced that November 16, there will be a Natural Resources Working Group Meeting. Keith will try to go.

There will be a grant workshop sponsored by AZ State Parks on November 16.

The Allen property was discussed. It is 54 acres in size. We will try to visit it in November.

The next meeting will be December 11, 2004, and after that the next meeting will be January 29, 2005.

The meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
